Eight hours of fall yard cleanup for $350 (regular $440). Lock in your spot before the needles fall.

What you get
- 8 labor hours of fall yard cleanup — use them in one visit or several
- Leaf and needle removal from lawns, beds, walks and driveways
- Bed cleanup: weeding, cutting back spent perennials, light pruning
- Downspout exits cleared at ground level (no ladders)
- Debris hauled away — transfer-station fees billed at cost
- Use any time October 1 – December 15, 2026
- Founder-checked first visit and our free re-do guarantee
The fine print
- Price: $350, paid at reservation. Limited to 20 passes.
- Fully refundable any time before your first visit.
- Non-refundable after the first visit; unused hours can be applied to any other Team360 service through December 15.
- Hours don't roll past December 15 unless we cancel a visit for weather.
- Two workers on one visit use hours twice as fast (4 hours of clock time = 8 labor hours) — and finish twice as fast.
- Anything beyond the 8 hours is billed at our regular $55/hr yard rate — only with your OK first.

Many of our passes are bought by adult children out of town. Tell us who it's for and we'll handle scheduling directly with them and send you photos when we're done.
