Privacy
When you call, text, or send a form, we keep your name, phone number, address and job details so we can do the work and follow up. We never sell or share your information with anyone outside Team 360 LLC, except the payment processor when you pay by card. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@team360.works. Our website uses basic, anonymous visit statistics and no advertising trackers.
Terms of service
Pricing. Work is billed hourly at the rates on our website, with a two-hour minimum per visit, plus any disposal fees or materials at cost. We agree the scope and rate with you before work starts. Extra work is only done with your approval.
Payment. Payment is due at completion of each visit by card, check, or Square unless we've agreed otherwise. Season Passes are paid at reservation.
Our guarantee. If it's not right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it free.
Cancellations. Please give us 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may be billed the two-hour minimum. We may reschedule for weather or safety at no charge to you.
Safety scope. We don't work on roofs, use ladders over 6 feet, or operate chainsaws. We may decline work we consider unsafe.
Insurance. Team 360 LLC carries general liability insurance and Washington workers' compensation coverage for every worker on every job.
Season Pass refunds. Fully refundable before the first visit; non-refundable after. Unused hours may be applied to other Team360 services through December 15 of the pass year.
