Team360 hires local young adults to do yard, cleaning and errand work for homeowners in Port Ludlow and nearby. Do it well for twelve months and we help you start your own company — and you keep the customers you built.
The deal
- $22/hour to start, W-2 employee — taxes handled, workers' comp covered
- Paid weekly for your first 60 days, then every two weeks
- Paid travel time between jobs, mileage reimbursed if you drive
- Flexible, seasonal hours — you tell us your availability each week
- Shirt, tools and safety gear provided; training on every tool before you use it
- Crew leads earn +$2/hour, promoted from within in 3–6 months
- Owner Track after 12 months: we help you form your LLC, get insured, and hand you the recurring customers you served

We run a background check on every hire. Year-1 work is deliberately low-risk: no ladders over 6 feet, no roofs, no chainsaws.
