Two-hour minimum per visit. Travel between Port Ludlow, Port Hadlock, Chimacum and Port Townsend is included. We keep it safe on purpose: no ladders over 6 feet, no roofs, no chainsaws.

A note from Zoya, founder

I started Team360 because I kept hearing the same two things around Port Ludlow. Homeowners told me they couldn't find anyone reliable to rake the needles, clean the house, or haul a load to the dump — and when they did, half the time nobody showed up. At the same time, young people from Chimacum, Port Townsend and Peninsula College told me there was nothing here beyond retail and the Resort.

So we put those two problems together. Team360 hires young adults as real employees — insured, trained, background-checked, and paid a fair wage — and I personally check their first jobs.
